Access to the venue and designated operational areas will be granted exclusively to journalists, technicians, and staff who are properly accredited and affiliated with a media outlet, federation, or officially recognized organization.

It's possible to apply for media accreditation for the World Taekwondo Roma Grand Prix 2026, scheduled to take place at the Foro Italico from June 4th to 7th, 2026.

Accreditation / Procedures and Submitting a Request via Email

Accreditation requests must be submitted exclusively by email to the following addresses:

The subject line of the email must include the phrase “First Name and Last Name – press accreditation request.” The body of the email must include the following:

• First and last name
• Place and date of birth
• Position held
• Media outlet / organization

Accreditation Request / Journalists

• request for accreditation drawn up on headed notepaper, signed by the editor-in-chief of the publication in which the name, surname, date and place of birth of the person to be accredited must be indicated;
• copy of a valid identity document of the person to be accredited;
• copy of the journalist card;
• If the professional license is not available, a letter signed by the director in charge must be attached, certifying that the person to be accredited will complete the process for obtaining the professional license no later than December 31, 2026.

Accreditation Request / Technicians, Photographers, Videographers, Content Creators

• a request for accreditation written on letterhead and signed by the editor-in-chief of the publication or the head of the organization, which must include the first name, last name, date of birth, and place of birth of the person to be accredited;
• copy of a valid identity document of the person to be accredited;
• copy of the professional card (optional and only if the person to be accredited holds one);

Incomplete applications, those lacking the required documentation, or those submitted in a manner other than as specified above will not be considered.

Pick up your accreditation at the venue

Upon arrival at the Foro Italico, in Rome, accredited professionals must follow the directions on the official signage in the village to the Accreditation Office for the World Taekwondo Grand Prix Roma 2026.

Once you arrive at the press registration desk, you will need to provide your first and last name to the staff so that they can issue your press pass.

When you pick up your badge, you will be provided with all the necessary information regarding the accessible areas of the venue, based on the type of badge and the permissions assigned to your personal badge.

Technical Information on the WiFi Network

In accordance with World Taekwondo regulations, public Wi-Fi will not be available within the competition areas in order to prevent interference with the electronic scoring system used during competitions.

We therefore recommend that journalists, photographers, camera operators, and technicians bring their own portable routers, data cards, or personal devices for internet access.
